2026 Summer Chamber Music Workshop

June 22-27 in Tempe

July 6-11 in Tempe

Location: Both sessions at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1800 E Libra Dr, Tempe

The application deadline for Summer 2026 Workshops has passed.

If you are still interested in applying, email Rose (rose@tetraquartet.org) to inquire if there is availability. Please provide your student’s instrument, current grade level, which workshop they are interested in, and a solo video recording that best represents their playing level (approx. 1-2 minutes)

Mission

The mission of our workshop is to enrich the musical and personal development of each student through studying the art of chamber music with a professional string quartet. Students will gain leadership experience, practice technical excellence, and develop effective communication skills while preparing musical works for performance.

Each student is placed in a small ensemble and will participate in daily rehearsals and coachings with members of the Tetra String Quartet and guest faculty. Outside of their small ensembles, students will participate in conductorless chamber orchestra and group activities intended to encourage musical creativity.
